YES! At this time, all my current products are gluten-free.

No. Salt is a key element in enhancing and sharpening flavors. Again, once we become more established, we will offer reduced-sodium versions.

Unfortunately, no… not at this time. Once we establish ourselves as a strong, producing company, we will offer sugar-free products.

On each of our product labels, you will find a section listing Nutrition Facts. At the bottom of that section, you will find our ingredients for that product.

Most of my products do not contain any allergens, but when they do (like our Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce), I display an allergy warning on my labels below the ingredient list.

Once you place an order, please allow us 1 – 3 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed, and shipped. Standard shipping averages 2 – 7 business days from the time it leaves the shipping facility. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact me at orders@killiansoriginal.com or give me a call at (260) 239-8450, so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives. Please note that we are currently not shipping our products internationally at this time.

Global shipping is too expensive so typically don’t do it, but if you are not concerned about the cost, we can definitely look into a shipping quote and availability.

I take immense pride in the quality of my spices, herbs, blends, and ingredients, and stand behind my products with a 60-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you encounter any issues with any of my products, please reach out to me and we will be happy to either provide a replacement or a refund. Due to their perishable nature, I am unable to accept returns of my products. My commitment to freshness and food safety means that once a product has been opened or used, I cannot place it back into inventory to be resold. You will be free to do as you choose with my products as soon as a refund or replacement is requested.

In the event that you receive the wrong product or if your shipment is damaged, please notify me within 48 hours and I will promptly arrange for a replacement. Please note that I may request images of the damaged items to assist with resolving the issue.

I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of my products. If you didn’t thoroughly enjoy one of my products, please let me know how it fell short of your expectations and I will send you a refund or a replacement item.
